Event Planning Services all include:

Provider will provide event services to Client which include:

  • Up to 3 consultations of your choice-This could vary dependent on which package is chosen
  • Final venue walk-through
  • Phone calls & emails throughout the planning process
  • Review all venue and vendor contracts
  • Confirm arrival and departure times with all vendors, as well as quantities on rental items
  • Lead or Assistant will attend and coordinate rehearsal, if requested
  • Two coordinators will be on-site for up to 12 hours of event management
  • Detailed wedding day timeline creation & distribution to vendors, venue, and bride & groom
  • Oversee and help with ceremony/reception site set-up & tear-down
  • Placement of items that may not be handled by vendors: wedding programs, menus, place cards, guest book, favors, etc.
  • Use of coordinator's wedding day “Emergency Kit”
  • Greet and direct vendors, wedding party, & guests
  • Work with DJ on cuing music for: ceremony, grand entrance as newlyweds, all special dances, toasts, cake cutting, and bouquet/garter toss
  • Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors as necessary
  • Ensure end of event arrangements are made for items such as gifts, guest book, toasting flutes, etc.

You’ve booked the vendors, chosen the details, and know exactly how you want the day to unfold. Now it’s time to hand over the clipboard, breathe, and enjoy your wedding day while we ensure everything runs smoothly.

Services Include:
• Initial consultation + planning handoff meeting (6–8 weeks before the wedding)
• Creation of detailed timeline & layout
• Vendor confirmations and final coordination
• One venue walkthrough
• Wedding rehearsal coordination (up to 1 hour)
• Day-of coordination with lead planner + assistant (8–10 hours)

• Monthly or bi-monthly virtual planning calls

All services are based on weddings of up to 150 guests. Events with larger guest counts may require additional staffing or support. Travel fees may also apply for venues located more than 50 miles from our home base.
