Our Booking Process

  1. Secure Your Date – Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send over a contract and invoice for the retainer. Signing the contract and paying the retainer officially secures your date on our calendar.

  2. Onboarding & Planning Begins – After booking, you’ll receive a welcome email with access to your client portal, a planning timeline, and any first steps (like venue walkthroughs or design questionnaires).

  3. Let’s Make Magic – From there, we dive into planning, design, vendor coordination, and all the joyful details. You’ll always know what’s coming next, and we’re just a call or email away.
