Meet Diana
Owner & Lead Planner
Hi, I’m Diana—and if we’re being honest, I didn’t fall into wedding planning by accident. I’ve always been the one organizing the details, making sure people feel taken care of, and bringing a little extra magic to the moments that matter. It’s just how I’m wired.
After years of planning weddings (and a well-earned hiatus in between), I’ve returned to this work with more clarity, heart, and purpose than ever before. I’m a firm believer that weddings should feel like a reflection of you—not some checklist or cookie-cutter template. And I’m here to help you bring that to life, without losing your mind in the process.
I work closely with my daughter (and favorite co-conspirator), and together we bring two generations of creativity, calm, and connection to every wedding we plan. We laugh a lot, listen carefully, and stay grounded in what really matters: people, relationships, and moments that leave a mark.
When I’m not deep in timelines or mood boards, you’ll probably find me walking our Labrador, baking sourdough, daydreaming about our next trip to Arizona, or hosting cozy backyard gatherings with too much cheese and not enough chairs. I love coffee (black, always), early mornings, and a really good story.
I’m not here to impress—I’m here to support, create, and guide. If you’re looking for someone who will care about your day like it’s their own, welcome. I’m so glad you’re here.

Creative Partner & Branding Manager
Jess started helping with weddings at 13—long before she realized she was quietly building the foundation for a future in the industry. From early days assisting Diana with event details to leading creative direction for our brand, she’s grown into a vital part of what makes our planning team shine.
With a Marketing degree from Washington State University and a full-time role as the Digital & Social Media Manager at the iconic Fairmont Olympic Hotel, Jess brings both real-world expertise and a trend-forward eye to our work. She’s our branding brain, visual storyteller, and the one who makes sure every event—and every post—feels like us. Her attention to design, guest experience, and modern aesthetics elevates every detail, from timelines to tablescapes.
She thrives in the fast-paced, ever-evolving world of digital media and event planning—and her dream is to continue blending the two in a career rooted in PR, hospitality, and unforgettable experiences. Jess is adventurous, thoughtful, and always up for a challenge (or a spontaneous road trip). She finds inspiration in travel, live music, a great workout, and discovering new restaurants with her boyfriend—especially the kind with beautiful lighting and perfect cocktails.
