Provider will provide event services to Client which include:

Up to 3 consultations of your choice-This could vary dependent on which package is chosen
Final venue walk-through
Phone calls & emails throughout the planning process
Review all venue and vendor contracts
Confirm arrival and departure times with all vendors, as well as quantities on rental items
Lead or Assistant will attend and coordinate rehearsal, if requested
Two coordinators will be on-site for up to 12 hours of event management
Detailed wedding day timeline creation & distribution to vendors, venue, and bride & groom
Oversee and help with ceremony/reception site set-up & tear-down
Placement of items that may not be handled by vendors: wedding programs, menus, place cards, guest book, favors, etc.

A wedding under 50 guests is considered a “micro wedding.” This service is for you if you’re planning a smaller celebration with close friends and family to celebrate your union. A micro wedding is perfect if you want a wedding and all of its traditions on a smaller scale so you don’t feel overwhelmed by the process and its complexities.

Vendor referrals and management throughout the process
Vendor contract review
Management of any transportation logistics for guests and bridal party
